Information We Collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number when you book a session, request an event quote, or contact us.
- Health information: when you complete our new-client intake form, you provide health details such as allergies, past or current injuries, areas of pain, and whether a doctor has cleared you for massage. We collect this only so your specialist can provide safe, appropriate treatment.
- Messages: anything you include when you text, call, or email us.
We do not collect payment card numbers. Payments are made directly through your chosen app or in cash (see “Payments” below).
How We Use Your Information
- Schedule, confirm, and provide your massage session
- Tailor your treatment safely based on your health intake
- Respond to your questions, quotes, and gift card requests
- Keep basic records for our business
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Payments
We accept cash, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle. When you pay through one of these apps, your payment is processed by that company under its own privacy policy and terms. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
How Your Information Is Shared
We keep your information private and share it only when necessary:
- With service providers that help us run the website or communicate with you (for example, our website host and email provider)
- When required by law, or to protect the safety of our clients or specialist
Your health intake information is treated as confidential and is used only for your care.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide your care and to meet ordinary business and legal requirements, then we delete it or retain it securely.
Cookies and Website Data
Our website uses a small number of cookies needed for the site to work, to keep it secure, and to load pages quickly. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies if you prefer.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion.
